Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders utilizing RF scanners and WMS.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and optimize workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we provide paid on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners or handheld devices is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
