Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Load/Unload Operations: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing and shipping.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read labels and work instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Attitude: Strong commitment to safety and teamwork in a high-volume environment.
