Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, or loading docks.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
