Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Truck Loading: Safely load and unload inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock verification, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by promptly removing debris and organizing storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company and customer standards.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for the entire shift.
- Documentation: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide valid identification.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail are required.
- Behavior: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
