Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage and ensure packaging quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S standards.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting activities.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the Seattle, WA facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends when needed.
