Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package merchandise using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate industrial equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and real-time data entry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Support inventory rotation and quality control initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
