Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Safely load/unload freight trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability (Sat-Sun 6am-2pm)
