Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock and materials throughout the facility.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders by picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipping with high attention to detail.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by performing regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload inbound and outbound trucks and trailers in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of debris to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
