Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain 5S workplace standards for optimal safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Process inbound shipments and organize storage zones systematically
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Background check and drug screen required
