Job Summary:
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and can adapt to a fast-paced warehouse setting. Your role will be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform daily inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Pack, seal, and label orders according to shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track order status and update inventory data.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues during the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Basic math skills and computer literacy (experience with handheld scanners is a plus).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and stand for long periods.
