Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment using RF scanners.
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
