Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with precision and speed.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure the warehouse area is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday–Sunday) and occasional overtime.
