Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare pallets for shipping using standard warehouse equipment.
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to track stock levels and manage logistics data.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping quotas.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Austin facility.
