Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory with speed and accuracy using powered industrial equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning labels and documents.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
