Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in warehouse management software
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification training provided)
- Uphold strict OSHA safety standards and 5S workplace organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and prepare pallets for shipment using shrink-wrap equipment
- Assist with receiving and unloading shipments using hydraulic pallet jacks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid state ID and clean background check (required)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (10-45°F)
