Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and understand shipping labels and documents.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
