Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet daily outbound goals.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners as required by the shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently and organize storage areas to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
