Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following 5S principles and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
