Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and computerized inventory management systems.
- Ensure all outbound orders are accurately labeled, packaged, and ready for timely delivery.
- Perform daily quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment centers is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
