Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate digital inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a standing or walking position.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
