Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld RF scanners.
- Verify product quantities and quality against order slips to minimize errors.
- Organize and arrange merchandise in designated bins and shipping areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and freight containers.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
