Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on pick tickets and barcodes.
- Inspect products for quality control and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory status.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for standing and walking for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
