Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders by picking items from the warehouse floor and preparing them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and conducting regular stock checks.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and inventory tracking.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and spot discrepancies.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
