Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized workstations throughout the facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Reliable transportation to the Oklahoma City facility
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
