Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Document all warehouse activities using digital reporting tools
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and freight handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional overtime
