Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products to ensure timely and correct shipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper securing of cargo.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to optimize warehouse flow.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No previous warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
