Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing shipments meet company quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a busy warehouse floor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
