Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to priority schedules with zero-error precision
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and conduct daily cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
