Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipment
- Support cross-functional departments during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
