Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package products according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Complete quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and maintenance duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work variable shifts (including weekends)
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
