Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and manual systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Support loading/unloading of trucks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
