Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Packaging: Properly package and label items for shipment to customers.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse machinery to ensure operational safety.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver's license is a plus; forklift certification is a plus.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Schedule: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
