Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
