Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and protection of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately update our inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets and quality assurance goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned, including scanning, sorting, and shelving.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
