Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Packaging: Properly package and label goods to prevent damage during transit.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
