Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99% accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks according to safety protocols and shipping schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, cycle counts, and stock rotation.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., data entry, handheld scanners).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading dock exposure).
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, or weekends as business needs dictate.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
