Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently and safely.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate packaging machinery and label shipments correctly for domestic and international distribution.
- Assist in the physical movement of materials to various storage locations within the facility.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we offer training).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
