Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor methods.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment such as forklifts and scanners.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of clutter to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
