Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Forklift: Forklift certification is a plus but not required (we will train you).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
