Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners (RF guns) and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a standing environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Previous experience with forklift operation is a plus but not required (certification provided).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
