Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Inventory Control: Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Picking & Packing: Execute picking and packing duties to ensure orders meet strict quality standards and are shipped on time.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Equipment Management: Perform routine inspections on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with team leads to resolve any discrepancies and ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and interpret shipping labels and orders.
