Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and safely.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in packing orders for distribution to local Boston retailers.
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipping.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting stock and processing paperwork.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
