Responsibilities
- Unload and load trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems accurately.
- Assist in inventory counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team setting.
