Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, defects, or discrepancies before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Process returns and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
