Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory on shelves and in storage areas accurately.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with RF scanners or inventory software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
