As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours a day).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
