Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock rotation (FIFO).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean and organized to prevent hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
