Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
