Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage products onto delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to update inventory counts.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for reliable candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
