Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, pick and pack orders accurately, and maintain inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the warehouse environment clean and organized.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and scanners efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets customer specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to work varying shifts, including overtime.
